9th Grade Mission Trip
About Red Lake.
Surrounded by several of Minnesota's ten thousand
lakes, the Red Lake Nation lies just south of
Canada.  This Reservation offers a cultural
experience like few other.  One of the few
"reservations" in the country never to be owned by
the United States Government, it is a place of deep
strength and pride. Serving through home
improvement and a children's program, we will
minister with the love of Jesus to the people of the
Red Lake Reservation.

Red Lake is the only place in Minnesota with a
higher Native American population is the state's
largest city, Minneapolis, which recorded 8,378
Indian residents that year. We'll be living and
working at the reservation's largest community is
Red Lake, on the south shore of Red Lake.
Come experience the sovereign nation embedded
right in your own backyard.  A place of deep
strength and pride, of great natural beauty, of an
ancient culture trying to survive in the midst of a
modern world.

We'll put our hands to the task of helping and our
hearts towards loving the people of Red Lake.
We had such a great time being a part of a serving,
God-loving community at Red Lake, MN!  Check out
some of our pictures...
